A $20.00 non-refundable and non transferable booking fee is required at the time of booking to reserve an appointment time. The fee will be deducted from the total price of the service booked and the remaining balance must be paid at the scheduled appointment. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment with a makeup-free face to maximize the time for your lash application. Contact lenses must be removed before your appointment but can be re-applied right after. Please limit caffeine and liquid consumption prior to your appointment to avoid fluttering of eyes and frequent bathroom breaks. Please respectfully give 24-hours notice before the scheduled appointment date of a cancellation or rescheduling via call, text or email. Cancellations must be made with a 24 hour notice from your appointment time. If you are unable to cancel and it is within 24 hours of your appointment time your card will be charged 50% of the service price. All no shows will be charged 50% of the service price. After 3 consecutive of Last Minute Cancellation/Reschedule, any unfulfilled booked appointments that is less than 24 hour notice client are no longer allowed for book future appointments. No exceptions We ask that you arrive at your appointment at the scheduled time. Clients are given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a same day cancellation fee of the service booked. No exceptions. Refunds are not offered on any services. If you experience an allergic reaction to any of our products, a refund will not be offered but a removal of the eyelash extensions will be done free of charge at the earliest possible convenience. I have a 72 hr fix policy, If there is an issue with excessive fall out, shedding with no natural lash attached. or something about the lashes you don’t like. Length, shape etc… No extra quests allowed due to safety reasons
